Bookings
Bookings may be made through our website, social media platforms, phone, or email.
All bookings are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to decline or reschedule bookings where necessary.
Payments
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods may include:

• Cash

• Online payment methods

Late payments may incur additional fees.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.
If access to the property cannot be provided at the scheduled time, the booking may be treated as a cancellation.

Access Requirements
Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the property.
Please notify us in advance of:

• Pets

• Alarm systems

• Access instructions

• Fragile or delicate items

• Health or safety concerns

Service Expectations
While we strive to provide exceptional results, some stains, marks, damage, or wear may be permanent and cannot always be fully removed.
Cleaning results may vary depending on:

• Surface condition

• Build-up

• Age of materials

• Previous maintenance

Satisfaction Policy
If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of the service, please contact us within 24 hours of the appointment.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve concerns fairly and professionally.

Liability
Serene Spaces Taupō is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage

• Wear and tear

• Unstable or improperly installed items

• Damage caused by faulty equipment or materials

Clients must notify us of any delicate or valuable items prior to service.

Health & Safety
For safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse services involving:

• Hazardous materials

• Unsafe environments

• Aggressive animals

• Biohazards

• Conditions that pose risk to staff wellbeing

Photography & Marketing
With client permission, we may occasionally take before-and-after photographs for quality assurance or marketing purposes.
No identifying personal information will be shared without consent.
