At Serene Spaces Taupō, we take pride in delivering a calm, high-quality, and professional service experience. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to resolve any concerns fairly and respectfully.

Satisfaction First
If you are unhappy with any aspect of your service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment so we have the opportunity to address the issue.
Where appropriate, we may offer:

• A touch-up or re-clean of the affected area

• A partial refund

• A service credit for future bookings

Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be provided for:

• Pre-existing stains, damage, or wear

• Permanent discolouration or surface deterioration

• Results limited by the condition or age of materials

• Areas not included in the agreed service

• Changes of mind after service completion

• Failure to provide access at the scheduled booking time

Deep Cleans & Home Reset Services
Deep cleaning and home reset services are intensive and time-based. While we strive for exceptional results, some heavily built-up areas may require additional appointments depending on the condition of the property.
For this reason, full refunds are not guaranteed simply because every mark or imperfection could not be completely removed.

Cancellations
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee to cover reserved booking time.

Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will typically be processed within 3–10 business days using the original payment method where possible.
